Akuret provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) for retailers to help them improve inventory accuracy. Our CTO, had long history with ECTS and suggested we sponsor a CoOp for a computer programming student at ECTS. We hired a student, Dan, who was extremely enthusiastic, a fast learner, and capable. He performed work that we use to this day in our production environment, along with many other tasks to help support other development activities. In my opinion, supporting the CoOp program can be beneficial for both the student, who get real-world experiences, and the hiring company, who gets an enthusiastic and productive employee.
